Reach Level 25, meditate when Spirit Whispers appear, complete the Bells Puzzle, reach Level 35, and defeat the Shikai Boss.

Shikai is the first Zanpakuto evolution for Shinigami, unlocked at Level 35. Bankai is the second evolution, providing a more powerful transformation with enhanced abilities.

Resurreccion is the Arrancar ability. Complete the Hollow evolution path to Vasto Lorde, remove your mask, then meditate to trigger the Resurreccion fight.
